Hey y’all today’s Flash-Of-The-Day is my personal favorite flash website: Wix.com! This site is actually built with Flex an Adobe Flash component specially designed for web application creation. The magic of Wix.com is what it is for. Wix.com is an Open Source flash website creator (for us designers with the funds that don’t have room for the $600.00 Flash.) I personally have been looking for a good one of these for a LONG time! So when I saw this one i was sceptical. Boy was I surprised by the functionality of this program! Wix.com is truly open source in every aspect of the word. Sure they put their logo on your site, but hey that’s what we all expect. Right now I believe Wix.com is in the closed beta stage, but that could change at any moment. I am one of the privileged designers that got to test Wix.com so my official site was created with this app. Check it out at skycube.wordpress.com. Over all Wix.com is a 5 star site and a very good use of Flash.
